My Name is John... also called Strider. (That name was given to me by my step-daughter - yes we are both Tolkien enthusiasts!)
I was born in 1957, when life was slow; although I did not realise it at the time!! Henry put out the milk churn's on the concrete plinth outside the farm gate for the truck to collect after the morning milking; then we had breakfast.
My Grand father was a chief engineer (you know 'Star Trek, Scotty' type) with Mersey Docks and Harbour Board; working the tugs.
I have spent 30+ years as a psychotherapist.
I have been having my ....... 'life change' since I first wrote this; I have stopped counting how many life changes I am going through!! Each year seems to be more amazing than the previous and the society / times in which I live more unbelievable and 'crazy' beyond reckoning.... But that is a subject for the Blog..
